State legislature to help decide Byrd election (Reuters)

Reuters - West Virginia Governor Joe Manchin said on Friday that he would call the state legislature back into session next week to set an election to replace the late Senator Robert Byrd, a move that could complicate the drive to pass financial-reform legislation through Congress.
