Congrats! It was announced today that CTV B.C’s Weathercaster Tamara Taggart will fill in for Kelly Ripa, one day during the week of August 17-21, 2009 on Live! with Regis and Kelly! The Canadian Weather woman beat out thousands of nominated broadcaster hopefulls across North America…
