An incident report filed in 2008 has Elizabeth Edwards claiming that her husband and former Senator John Edwards took her wallet following an argument at their North Carolina home. ClickHERE to view papers. The document filed with police says that Elizabeth and her husband got into a spat when he arrived home to find the kids were at dinner with their babysitter. The papers than state that Elizabeth said there was no need for John to be at the house. After a minor argument in one of the adjoining closets, Elizabeth said in the report that she witnessed John taking her green wallet from the kitchen and leaving the house. She then told police that he drove down to the barn, stayed for ten minutes and then left the estate. She explained that she tried to get her wallet back from her husband but he told her he did not have it. The report also notes that a Motorola Razor cellular phone and a digital camera were missing. John recently came clean with the public, admitting that he was the father of his mistress Rielle Hunter's daughter.
