While her husband finds himself fending off allegations of an affair, Fergie admits now that she’s married, having a certain kind of fun with other women isn’t allowed.
In a new interview with The Advocate, that appears to have been done before the scandal broke last week where a stripper alleged to various media outlets that she had an affair with Fergie’s husband, Josh Duhamel, the Black Eyed Peas powerhouse said she is into girls, but won’t go there now that she’s married.

Brett Ratner is tired of defending his directorial work in X-Men: The Last Stand, but fans continue to wonder what might have been if Bryan Singer had finished his X-Men trilogy, instead of defecting to Superman Returns. Michael Dougherty, the screenwriter for X2: X-Men United who joined Singer’s defection, explained his ideas for X3 to Slashfilm in a recent podcast (transcribed by TheGeekFiles).
You found out was that Phoenix [(Famke Janssen)] was going round the world taking things into her own hands and that she had basically returned as a god, which they did in X3. She had viewed herself as above the conflict, that she was here to end things on her terms, she was sick of the fighting and
she was going to take things into her own hands and she did not give a s**t what the X-Men or the Brotherhood had to say about it.
And ultimately the way it was going to end, at least the version I was pushing for … she kind of becomes that cosmic force that Phoenix is known to be, she leaves Earth and becomes a god, or at least a higher level of intelligence, and she goes into the cosmos possibly to kick-start life somewhere else. The final scene for me would have been her telling Cyclops [(James Marsden)] or her telling the X-Men “I’ll be watching.”
Dougherty also planned a different outcome for Rogue (Anna Paquin).
The whole point of Rogue’s character is that she is supposed to come to terms with who she is and also I don’t think it’s good to tell girls “Yeah you should change yourselves so you can get a guy.”
Instead The Last Stand saw Rogue lose her powers, Cyclops die, and Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) kill Phoenix, all to the disappointment of the fans.

Reality TV might give some people headaches, but it can apparently also give you a concussion too, as Rob Kardashian found out the hard way.
But now, the man who knocked down the reality star in a charity boxing event is fending off cheap shots that he was a “dirty fighter.”
So what does he say to AccessHollywood.com?

At the OP Presents Tour tonight in Fort Lauderdale, Florida John O of The Maine was arrested. There are a few diffrent stories about what happened, but the one thing that seams to stay the same is that while John was signing autographs and taking pictures he was asked to leave by the police and when he didn’t things turned bad.
Earlier in the night Seirra from VersaEmerge tweeted:

Apprently John didn’t hear that. One eye witness story told by a fan recalled this:
“I was standing right next to him. There was a ridiculous amount of girls everywhere. They were going insane, John was trying to organize everyone into place so they could all get there pictures, or stuff signed. He took a bunch of peoples cameras so he could take the pictures, and a cop came over and started yelling at him to leave because they were blocking the stupid sidewalk and street,or whatever. John asked the cop to hold on so he could give all the cameras back. The cop got pissed, and started yelling at him,and he was respectfully saying to him just to wait a couple minutes to give shit back, and he pushed John onto me. I caught him in my own fucking arms after a cop SHOVED him. Then,I helped him up and the cop grabbed him (Meanwhile, with all of these girls cameras in his hands) and threw him across the street and onto a tree face first in front of Pat pulling his arms behind his back while every camera flew. I was screaming at the cop, while others were as well. After I saw the cop pulling him away,i couldnt even look and i walked away. We started walking around, and my friends mom was there. So, i cursed out the cops. Not such a great idea, but i dont fucking care. No one is going to fuck with John when he did absolutely nothing.I got in the car,and the cop came and told me to get out.He lectured me about me “being young & not knowing right from wrong” and then I had an attitude and thought i was so “all that” FUCK THAT. I was defending one of the most important people in my life. Then,he said “I could arrest you right here and you can spend a happy jail cell with your band boyfriend that you want so bad”. WHAT THE HELL. Who gives him the fucking right to say that? NO ONE. Just because you have a badge on your chest doesnt make you better then anyone else.”
There has been no word yet to if he has been release or not, but he will be happy to know he has friends on the outside.

David Spade is defending his new DirecTV commercial with late friend and co-star Chris Farley after protests from fans over the star’s memory.
“These commercials are cool. They’re well done. They’re clever. And that they would include ‘Tommy Boy’ in that company, I thought was very flattering,” David told People of the company’s latest ad in a series that pulls scenes from classic movies and digitally inserts stars to pitch for DirecTV.

In September, actor-director Peter Berg revealed to MTV that Josh Zetumer's script for Dune was "a massive epic" with "franchise potential" and that all Berg had to do next was "figure out how we can beat [the script] into something manageable without offending the purists." It certainly didn't sound like Berg was about to leave project, but a few weeks ago, he did. Apparently, his time will be occupied instead by the Hancock sequel and Battleship, Berg's upcoming adaptation of the popular board game.
Paramount is now hunting for a new director who can make the movie for a modest budget of a mere $175 million and two of their potential candidates are Neill Blomkamp (District 9) and Neil Marshall (The Descent). Zetumer's script is based on author Frank Herbert's popular sci-fi novel series, which has been adapted twice already — David Lynch's 1984 movie and a 2000 mini-series on the SciFi Channel.
